Self Help Groups are Small Groups of Farmers, associated to improve their economical conditions. 4.7 lacs SHGs are registered in Uttar Pradesh.

With available resources, it is difficult to compete in market. That’s why most of SHGs are non functionalTarget groups are farmers of Non-Functional SHGs group. Mushroom farming is the best option to increase income because

3. No land is required, it can be started from hut or one room

Counselling and Training of SHGs

We organize camps to identify the farmers who are interested in Mushroom Farming. Counselling and training is provided to enhance their capacities. One research & training center is established in Pataura Village, Mohan Road, Lucknow

We have set a mushroom production unit in Pushp, Vihar, Salempur Pataur to grow and demonstrate mushroom farming to farmers
